Regina’s life-calling is to equip and empower people to live a wholehearted life, even in the face of great difficulty. She provides tele-health, individual, group, family, and couples therapy.

 

Regina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, owner, and clinical director of Freedom Mental Health Services. She has expertise in helping people discover deep insights about themselves and move through the healing process. Regina has successfully empowered people to effectively manage emotions, stress, and relationships while honoring self. 

 

Regina’s approach to the therapeutic process is nurturing, accepting and nonjudgmental. She believes everyone has strengths (unique and positive traits, talents and abilities). Therefore, she collaborates with each person to develop an individualized, tailored treatment plan based on those strengths. Regina is committed to staying well-informed on empirically supported research. She is intentional about providing only evidence-based best practices in her clinical work. 

 

Before opening Freedom Mental Health Services, Regina directed the successful start-up and operations of Bayfront Health Intensive Outpatient Program.  In years prior to running a successful IOP, Regina served as a Crisis Therapist, School-based Therapist, School Social Worker, Psychology Teacher, School Counselor and Small Group Director. She has experience providing mental health services with diverse populations through inpatient, outpatient, schools, and private settings.
